Shipping – Warranty – Returns

At Bedrock Bowling Supplies will ship anywhere in Australia or Overseas if required.

We generally use Aramex Couriers or  Australia Post for our shipping.

Once an order is received Bedrock Bowling Supplies will contact the customer in regards to the best pricing option available.

All orders are packed, sealed & dispatched in perfect condition. Bedrock Bowling Supplies takes the necessary precautions when posting equipment & will not be liable for lost or damaged items as a result of posting.

Aramex Couriers

Aramex Couriers offer a Flat Rate pricing system for most metropolitan area’s around Australia (excludes NT). This means we can ship a ball to a metropolitan area for as low as $17.

Postage within Tasmania $11

Aramex Couriers offers insurance on all packages.

If the Goods are damaged during delivery Aramex Couriers require photographic evidence of packaging and damage to be provided within 24 hours of the Goods being delivered. A formal claim must be received in writing within 7 business days of delivery of the Goods.

Some products advertised have a manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty information is included with many manufacturers’ products, or may be found on their respective web sites.

The warranty becomes valid only after the limited warranty registration form has been completed in full. Details can be found on the manufacturers website.

The manufacturer’s warrant their product to be free from defects in material or workmanship for the period stated from the date of purchase.  The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; damage caused by accident, misuse, alterations to, or tampering with the product.

Bedrock Bowling Supplies can forward on photographs of the product in questioned if required. But warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer.

If the manufacturer accepts the product to be faulty the shipping costs involved for return of the replaced product to the purchaser shall be at the expense of the purchaser this may include shipping from the US manufacturer.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange of item.

We do not take any responsibility if you order the wrong size or colour.

Any Returns postage to and from shall be at the purchaser’s expense.
